The Monks Parlour
(formerly the Barn)
In 2026 The old monks barn had a revamp into a cosier warm multi-purpose space so we thought it only right to give it a more fitting name: The Monks Parlour. By day it provides extra seating for the cafe, and by night it becomes a dining room, a function room, a meeting room.
Café By Day
By Day, the Monks Parlour serves the cafe with an additional 40 seats, a kids play corner and just more space!
Dinner Parties
On Friday and Saturday evenings, the parlour hosts groups for dinner parties. Set privately in the Monks Parlour, a set menu and table service brings families and teams together to celebrate and catch up.
Christmas Parties
From 5 - 50 people, The Monks Parlour becomes a Christmas Dining Room from late November each year. Serving corporate groups, teams, friends, and families, the Monks Parlour is a unique setting for great food atmosphere and great company. Then head into the bar for live music.
Events Space
Everything from Yoga, Pilates, Paint & Sip, Pant your pooch, you name it, it's been done int he Monks Parlour.
